Since many accessibility programs focus on the locations visited by the public, thus required to meet governmental requirements, I identified a need for those that are looking to create their own accessibility programs for areas such as industrial spaces or how to improve the experience of the Disability Community by using the governmental requirements as the floor their program is built on, but not the ceiling.
I have had extensive experience in accessibility through my time at The Walt Disney Company and Microsoft as well choosing to earn my certifications in both digital and built environments. It is an area that I am very passionate about and look forward to sharing my knowledge so others can see how to make a large impact by making simple changes to your process or area.
